Send a chess place or an error

Use this form for a club, an open meeting, a senior round, a course, a school AG or a tournament in Leipzig, Halle (Saale) or a town of the three counties that is not listed yet, or for an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, teachers, trainers, organisers and club boards are all welcome to write.

A link helps the most: a club page, a league result, a monthly programme, a course page or a dated notice. Each note is compared with the page it names at the next revision, and every change that follows is dated in the list of edits.

What is it about?
For a new place: what kind of chess and on which days. For an error: which line is wrong.
A link to a club page, a league result, a programme, a course page or a dated notice.
Required with the note; it never appears on the site.
A phone number or a messenger handle also works if you would rather not give an email.

One contact is enough. It is never published and is used only to answer, if an answer is needed.

What happens to what you type here is set out in the data privacy information.

What happens next

  • Notes wait for the next reading of the guide.
  • Each one is then checked against the pages of the club, school, meeting place or organiser; where they back it, the entry changes and the change gets a date.
  • A note that no page supports leaves the entry as it is, including any not-confirmed mark.
  • An answer comes only when the note asks for one and leaves a contact.
